I have to say that Brittin did warn me that they were slammed and this was an emergency, I did not have an appointment. Diane answered our questions in a timely manner, was informative, made suggestions and showed us several models before taking us on a test drive in the CLA Sport Plus.. She was extremely patient with us as we looked at the differences in all the CLA 250 models packages, colors and add ons. We decided on the CLA 250 Sport in Mt Gray Metallic on the lot. We appreciated that she got right into the discussion of price including our Lexus trade in. She made great offers on the various packages and additions included with this model which assisted us in making our final decision that day to purchase the 2015 CLA250 Sport. My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Henderson Ricky Ricardo Lopez, the sales person, came out of the building to greet us when we stopped by the dealership to explore what to buy for our 2nd car. Ricky Ricardo Lopez, the sales person, came out of the building to greet us when we stopped by the dealership to explore what to buy for our 2nd car. We told him what we liked and wanted. He listened and showed us what cars were available. No hard sale or push. That was our 1st visit. The manager made a follow-up call the next day. A week later Ricky called and we told him more specifically what we wanted and did not want. He promised to look out for the car for us. A week later, he called again and we told him that we would like to test drive. And we were able to go to the dealer that afternoon. And he had already had the test car ready in front of the building for us to test drive. I drove it home to make sure that our garage can accommodate the car. He told us that he has this car with the features and the colors we like. We were able to make the deal right after our test drive. And we picked up the car next day. Ricky was very good: professional, experienced. He listened and paid attention to our needs, and was able to come up a car that meet our expectation to make the deal. It just happened that we had a very different experience at another dealer of German cars nearby. The end result was we bought a Benz instead of the other brand. Mikayla at MB gave my wife and me a tutorial on how to handled this modern vehicle. She was cordial, very patient, and also very knowledgeable. So the lesson was great. We were very pleased with her instruction. So were the other folks at the dealership: the finance guy, etc. More
