But this review is for the Fearless Female - Diane Casielo, she has amazed me with her sincere customer service and honesty. She pays plenty of attention to detail, responding to our email inquiries promptly, test drives, steering me away from future regrettable decisions and even assisting with locating vehicles that matched my preference in another state; her and the Mercedes sales staff has not failed to deliver on their promises. I have to say that Brittin did warn me that they were slammed and this was an emergency, I did not have an appointment.
