He responded quickly to all my enquiries by phone and email including a couple of times outside of the usual dealership hours and was happy to provide additional information and photographs of the car. Great service, thank you! I had a nail in my tire. I called Thurs and was able to make an appointment for Friday. Staff on the phone was fast and friendly. He was very welcoming and professional. I'm in my 20s, first car, and Ive always relied on my father for car issues. I appreciated Geoffrey informing me of the process and updating me along the way in person and via text. Unfortunately, my tire was unreparable and needed to be replaced. He quoted me about $300 for the tire and offered alternative options such as patching it up now, price checking other stores. For my safety and uncertainty of finding service (it's Christmas weekend), I chose to replace at the dealership. The 2 hour total wait time was reasonable, lounge area was comfortable, and Geoffrey was always checking on me. When paying, the cashiers were more attentive to each other behind the desk than with the customer. My car looked awesome after the wash and I'm glad they were able to replace the tire right away. More
