Shawn Rutkowski is amazing!!! I met Shawn during a previous nightmare experience in service at Henderson. He came out to see what was going on and gave me his business card. Since then Shawn has shown excellent customer service to my family and I from remembering where I work to ensuring Nitrogen is only used in my tires. I did not have to remind him of this and he even annotated it on my service ticket. This time my car was experiencing a front end sqweek that I feared would cost me thousands. After Shawn made the appointment for me and even offered me a loaner car, he contacted me with all the details. The honesty and professionalism of Shawn cannot be topped. I fear the day he leaves or gets promoted as I will loose a valuable point of contact for my car maintenance. More

Ricky was a complete gentleman as our sales associate and we were treated extremely well by Mel and Lauren. Even dealing with the finance manager, Pete, was unbelievably pleasant. I have bought new BMW's, a Lexus, and a Corvette in this town and NEVER have I been treated so well until today. Excellent Service! I walked in to Mercedes thinking it would be a waste of time... thinking there is no way this dealer can make me a deal that I would accept. Short I walked in to Mercedes thinking it would be a waste of time... thinking there is no way this dealer can make me a deal that I would accept. Shortly after walking in, Joey greeted us and asked if we were looking for anything specific. (Being in sales, this was already a good note) we explained our unique situation to Joey, he listened great and started showing us what vehicle would put us in "our ideal budget."
