Since then Shawn has shown excellent customer service to my family and I from remembering where I work to ensuring Nitrogen is only used in my tires. I did not have to remind him of this and he even annotated it on my service ticket. This time my car was experiencing a front end sqweek that I feared would cost me thousands. After Shawn made the appointment for me and even offered me a loaner car, he contacted me with all the details. The honesty and professionalism of Shawn cannot be topped. I fear the day he leaves or gets promoted as I will loose a valuable point of contact for my car maintenance. More
