Terrible service with Shawn. Shawn Rutkowski advised us that after service was performed on the vehicle that the vehicle would be vacuumed and wash, he kept the vehicle for almost Shawn Rutkowski advised us that after service was performed on the vehicle that the vehicle would be vacuumed and wash, he kept the vehicle for almost one week and called me at 5:45 pm on Friday after to let me know the vehicle was ready. I picked up the vehicle on Monday and the vehicle did not appear to have been repaired and was never washed or vacuumed. I was without a car for almost one week, this is definitely the worse service that I have ever had with Mercedes Benz of Henderson. More

Great Service and MB Henderson I've had my car into service there twice and both times I left town for a few days. Best car buying experience ever We recently purchased a Mercedes Benz C300 from Mercedes Benz of Henderson. We worked with Rich Woodford. This was far and away THE BEST experience We recently purchased a Mercedes Benz C300 from Mercedes Benz of Henderson. We worked with Rich Woodford. This was far and away THE BEST experience we have ever had purchasing a car. Rich was fantastic. He researched the inventory to find what we wanted and then brought the car to our house to check it out!! We liked it and all the paperwork was ready and waiting. It was truly a sign and drive experience. We were leaving town so picked up the car 3 days later. Rich introduced us to both Dustin Dapkus, Mercedes Service Consultant. Dustin was very pleasant and professional, taking time to tell us if we needed anything service related don't hesitate to call and made sure we had his direct number. Rich also introduced us to Lauren McDade, Product Concierge, who spent an hour pointing out the many safety features of the Mercedes and how to use the various functions of our new Mercedes.
