On the next day I went and drove test the car and Trent, the internet manager was just awesome. Trent did not even do any sales talk. He just taught me how the car works and surely I fell in love with the car. I brought my Cayenne home in less than four hours. The buying process was very easy. I loved the experience because I don't like any sales man pushing me to buy the car so I can focus on making a decision whether to buy it or not. Frustrated customer Brought my S550 in for new tires & alignment 3 weeks ago, I've been back there 7 different times to pick it up. The car won't drive straight now, it c Brought my S550 in for new tires & alignment 3 weeks ago, I've been back there 7 different times to pick it up. The car won't drive straight now, it continues to pull to the right, in which it never did to begin with. The front bumper & sensor was also damaged the 1st time it was in. That has now been resolved. This last time I picked it up someone there had put 127 miles on it in 3 days. No one knows who took our car on a joy ride for the weekend????? Was told by Spencer just take it to Sahara dealership there was nothing more he could do it was perfect. Car was bought, certified and only ever serviced at your dealership. This is the short story...Mbusa advised a refund would've given. Spencer then told us a partial refund would be "more than gracious" for us. And still haven't seen that. Please fix our car, the loaner c-class we had drove more straight than my s550 now. More
