I have been a client of Service Advisor, Blake Alvarez, now going on two years, and I feel very comfortable working with him regarding maintenance or repair of my C300 convertible. He's very responsive on the phone to my initial needs, and in person discussing the proposed care plan or shop requirement. He takes the necessary time and provides full explanations for my benefit. After any work is completed, he reviews the line items of the completed maintenance ticket to my complete satisfaction, and more importantly answers all my questions fully and intelligently. When I ask general questions, e.g. my current pre-paid maintenance plan, I receive pertinent answers and options/cost estimates for future extensions.
