Brought my car in to replace 4 break pads. While making my appointment I ask for a quote on the cost of the job and was quoted 450. After my car was picked up and speaking to the service rep. While making my appointment I ask for a quote on the cost of the job and was quoted 450. After my car was picked up and speaking to the service rep. Multiple times that week he told me the cost of the job was going to be 500 for the back breaks. And 800 for the front breaks. I told the rep that I was quoted 450 for the entire job. Which he responded he didn’t know how who would of quoted the job for that. I told him I was only able to do the back breaks if that what the total was going to be, the day before the car was getting returned to me the service rep further explained the scope of work that was performed. After speaking with the rep he mentioned that they had replaced the rotors. I asked why they would replace the rotors when there was never anything wrong with the originally rotors. He’s explanation was that’s what the do. So frustrating when you take your car in for one job to then just be up charged for devices or parts that didn’t need to be completed. Also they never replaced the cover that went over my breaks so now all you see is the break pads through the rims. Just looks cheap and xxxxty now. Extremely disappointed to say the least.now I have to pay someone else to finish the front break pads More

I was in a desire situation. I’m driving back home to Florida this Friday. My car had a potential issues which may have resulted in a break down anywhere along my 1500 mile trip I’m driving back home to Florida this Friday.
