Although we live in NH and t We recently completed the purchase of a 2012 CPO E350 after searching throughout New England for just the car we wanted. Although we live in NH and the drive to Hanover was 90 minutes, we figured it would be worth it if we were to get the right car. We had excellent internet communication from Michelle McBride in their sales department and we met with Charles Lopes, our sales consultant, when we arrived. Charles was more than gracious and helpful in demonstrating the features of the car we had picked out. As there was some detail work that needed to be done, he drove the car up to us the following week and went through the town hall registration process with us. We also met with Murdock MacRae, their finance director, who explained the warranties and options open to us. All in all it was a great experience and we highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Hanover to anyone looking for a new or previously owned Mercedes. More
