My experience at the Westwood location left me disappointed and annoyed. The staff in Hanover understood my frustrations and made the lease deal seamless. Edgar talked a long time to my husband and I and really took notice of what we wanted. He then turned it over to Brian who helped with the deal and did as much as possible over the phone to avoid me spending a 4th time at a dealership. Abigail greeted me with a warm welcome and was a doll throughout the process showing me the bells and whistles and staying late to make sure I had everything I needed.
