Service department needs to get it together Upon arrival I was greeted as usual. I was taken right in to do some paperwork then was told to wait in the waiting area and would be called when the car was done. The ‘a service’ was done quickly ($300). They washed my car and vacuumed it. As I was driving home I kept hearing a rattling under the hood. When I got to my house I noticed the engine cover wasn’t even attached and the metal clip to hold it was sitting on the bottom of the engine compartment. I feel like they just didn’t want to deal with it . Also the engine bay was filthy with drips of oil? On the loose engine cover. Also everyone else in the dealership were rude and had a ‘unfriendly’ attitude. No, ‘hi, how are you’ from anyone . And when it came time to pay, the cashier had a ‘cold’ personality. This was hands down my worst experience with any Mercedes dealership so far. Shame on you for charging an arm and a leg for EVERYTHING and not training your employees to be friendly More

Service was greater than I expected. The location is right off the highway - easy to find. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The facility is modern and clean. Yellow light in cluster display Service director Dan Bolton was terrific. Even on a Saturday afternoon immediate response to my I quiet about my problem. MB roadside service was also great and arranged towing to dealership. Once there Vince from Dan’s team called me to confirm car arrived at dealership. This Benz dealership is 5 star! About 18 months ago I decided I wanted a Mercedes. I had never driven one so I thought I should qualify that and went to a Prime dealership to test dr About 18 months ago I decided I wanted a Mercedes. I had never driven one so I thought I should qualify that and went to a Prime dealership to test drive a few. I was greeted and handed off to sales. CJ Pavao was the salesman and was very generous with his time. We test drove several models and CJ answered all my questions. I took his card and told him I would be in touch next year when ready. I emailed CJ this month to find a car he replied immediately and scheduled a time for me to come in that afternoon. When I arrived, my name was on the appointment white board and I was greeted and pointed to CJ who was ready and waiting for our appointment. As before CJ was professional, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. Based on what I told him he found the exact certified preowned on the lot with exactly the bells and whistles I wanted. Once I selected the in-stock car I wanted we sat down with Murdoch (Mac) in finance. Mac was every bit as attentive to my needs and concerns. Mac was knowledgeable, easy to work with when reviewing my financing options. From initial contact to delivery of my Benz the service and attention were first class.
