Continually let down Been a customer for awhile now and have yet to have a good experience. All of the promises made when purchasing this car were simply not true. One perk of buying from this dealership is a complimentary car wash. However, when you try to bring your car in the machine is always “getting maintenance done” or closed. They also say they have a referral bonus if you send someone to them to buy a car, not true. I never received anything, not even a thank you, after my referral bought there car from this shop. Multiple times I have had an appointment or have had a date set for a delivery and those times have not been met. There have also been appointments They have kept the car over night without providing a loaner. I keep hoping they will get better and stay true to their word but it doesn’t look like that will ever happen. While most of the employees are friendly and pretend to help, they just tell you what you want to hear and do nothing about it. I highly recommend no one shops here. More
I have never felt so shamed and low for a service in my life Let me start off by saying, I wish I could give 0 stars. This by far was the worst service I have ever received. My car was recalled for a tail light Let me start off by saying, I wish I could give 0 stars. This by far was the worst service I have ever received. My car was recalled for a tail light harness malfunction. I called, got an appt and immediately upon arrival was treated as if I had no business being there and very rushed. To make it even worse they could not fix the problem and made it worse by causing issues on both sides of my car. Vincent, the service Advisor, was beyond rude and confrontational with me going as far to say this is now my problem now and had to make a new appointment to get it fix. To make things worse the GM, Kal Nasser, was even worse. He yelled at me behind closed doors and went as far as to call me a lier for being upset over my service. Kal Naserr is a Bully and a Tyrant. I am not quite sure how he’s allowed to be GM. I have never felt so shamed and low leaving a place. The only one that offered any assistance was Daniel Bolton the service manager, he was great, but to be honest, at this point I cannot bring myself to go back to the dealership after I was treated so horribly and they could not fix a standard recall issue. It’s been 3 days, no call or email from anyone there regarding my experience and I am glad because I do not want to be reminded of my traumatic experience. I urge you to stay away from this dealership. More

First service I live in Falmouth and this was my first exoerience with MB of Hanover. I needed to have a license plate mounted in the front of my E350 convertible a I live in Falmouth and this was my first exoerience with MB of Hanover. I needed to have a license plate mounted in the front of my E350 convertible and have a recall issue looked at. Service Advisor Neil Mendes and your Service Dept were first class and professional all the way in addressing both issues. I also appreciated the complimentary service check that was performed.
