Oil change, inspection sticker & check a noise when I start The sticker & oil change we’re fine. For the noise when I steer the car, they did a whole diagnostic on the car and charged me $150.18. When I spoke The sticker & oil change we’re fine. For the noise when I steer the car, they did a whole diagnostic on the car and charged me $150.18. When I spoke with the tech that did the work he told me that the noise is the tensioner of the timing chain. He said that he could tell that from the noise. That told me that the diagnostic on the car was totally unnecessary and it’s only purpose was to charge me that $150.18. I also noticed that the oil change was $20 - $25 more than usual. With what is going on, I think that I have to look elsewhere for service. More
Very disappointed 2nd time My appt was not in the system when I arrived (so annoying) and due to the fact there were no loaner vehicles which I was told would always be the case My appt was not in the system when I arrived (so annoying) and due to the fact there were no loaner vehicles which I was told would always be the case I thought it would be easy to at least get a ride down the street which I did but felt like I was pulling teeth. Not to mention I was on a call with my boss and the driver put the radio on while I was trying to finish up. Ppl were nice enough but this is the 2nd time I’ve come for service and not gotten what I was promised. I am Starting to think Mercedes is just a sales pitch very disappointed. I don’t think I’m that difficult to please especially when customer service is supposedly what Mercedes “says” they strive for. With what u pay for these vehicles service should be top notch! Think about who you have working in the service department they should be your best employees!!! More

They call wed to confirm that indeed needs new water pump and they think they have in stock? Ummm. You’re the ones who told me I needed it! They quote me price approx $300 higher than original quote. I point that out so they reduced to $40 more. No call to tell me car not ready Wed. I call thurs. leave message they did call back when I unavailable but leave no message. I call back in afternoon. No call back. Fri am get call that car ready and they want payment this time approx $200 higher. I remind them of both quotes and they lowered. said I’d get car back that afternoon. Get call late afternoon that they can’t deliver car til Saturday. Just got back sat around 10a. More

Service Advisors are a disaster I called one week prior to my appointment to make sure parts were ordered and going to be available for my appointment. Several times in the past my t I called one week prior to my appointment to make sure parts were ordered and going to be available for my appointment. Several times in the past my truck sat needlessly waiting for parts because of incompetent advisors. It happened again. I drop my vehicle off after not only calling one week before, but also the day before to make sure parts were in. No problem I was told all parts in. Drop my vehicle off an once again I find out that the parts were ordered wrong. So once again my truck sits needlessly waiting on parts that should have been ordered and received. Your dealership has a massive problem with incompetent service advisors. I will not be returning although I bought both my vehicles and my wife’s G Wagen at the dealership. More
