Inspection sticker I have my daughter come by for inspection sticker and they failed the car because of a light it was not on in the rear license plate. Did not offer to fix it or solve the problem.failed the car and sent my daughter home. Now I have to take time out of my day and talk to the dealership. Not great customer sevice. Ugh. More
Usually great but not lately I’m on my 3rd Benz with Prime and always have had very good experiences with sales and service. But since Molly left, i’ve not been happy. Ultimately cancelled my appointment with sales to get my 4th Benz. I have a 2015 S class (bought in Hanover). Tire went flat, replaced tire. $400+. I noticed the tire pressure was set to 41 when i drove off. Next day, same tire went flat so i took it back. They said the seal broke and resealed. Tire pressure again at 41. Next day, same tire went flat again. Called to make an appointment to bring it back but for the next week since i had to fly out of town fo the week. Brought it in as soon as i returned. This time they had to replace the tire. Tires are under warranty but they charged me $100. I think the reason it was popping was because the pressure was set to 41 (which goes to 43 when you drive) and not the max 39 I found out later Finally fixed for good and the right pressure, a week later I get “auxiliary battery failure”. I have a CPO car and Sam confirmed that’s good until 2020 so i said “great, this should be covered”. Same said he’d check. Next day he says it’s not covered. I asked how a warranty that covers the electrical system wouldn’t be covered. I go to pick up the car and the bill includes another tire i needed but no battery. I pointed out the invoice doesn’t have the battery so i’m Glad it was covered. He said thanks for being honest, it’s not covered, that’s a mistake, took it back and added $500 to it. He was professional enough but clearly very busy, and sympathized but i just feel like i’ve been taken advantage of twice now in 3 weeks. So i cancelled the appointment with Joe in sales i’ve been working with to get a newer S class. Can’t bring myself to give them more money when i feel like they’re robbing me. -Alex More
