Walter, sorry for your frustration. Unfortunately the State of Massachusetts is very specific in the requirements for passing the state inspection. In the case of your GMC Yukon, you are correct the license bulb was not working, which is required to pass the state inspection. We did try replacing the bulb at our expense, however, it did not correct the issue. This is the reason we recommended taking your vehicle to our sister store, Prime Buick GMC.
