Perfect First time I brought my car in for a needed service and everyone was so welcoming from the moment I came in. They gave me a car as a loaner and texted (my prefe I brought my car in for a needed service and everyone was so welcoming from the moment I came in. They gave me a car as a loaner and texted (my preference) when the car was ready. Mike was very accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend and will definitely return! SERVICE I called the Mercedes Hanover on 9/11 at 11:29 and I punched in the number for service a gentleman picked up the phone and told me he will transfer to I called the Mercedes Hanover on 9/11 at 11:29 and I punched in the number for service a gentleman picked up the phone and told me he will transfer to the service lady, it went on recording so I called back at 11:44, the lady who books service appointment picked up the phone and said since she does not have any appointments open that day she can book it for Saturday at 9:45am. I also told her that we own several Benz, and that I barely had a loaner in 30 years. She said I was all set, and I asked her how does she know who it is, and she said she looked me up with the caller ID. I went on Saturday around 9:30am, walked in and saw one agent sitting there by the name of Jeff, no smile, no greeting and said to me how could he help me, I told him I’m here for service he looked up and said I do not have an appointment. I stood there for over 15 to 20 minutes he did not even offer me to seat, or any beverage. He said to me that on Wednesday when I called they were booking for the following Saturday so I asked him do you have my appointment for next Saturday and he said, no! He kept repeating about the appointment schedule that they are busy for 2 weeks, I said to him I can come back another day, he said to me to wait and he will try and squeeze me in, but then again he kept telling me that I do not have an appointment at least 6 times, I’m not a 4 year old child. He was not friendly at all and making me feel he was doing me a favor. The loaner he gave me was dirty and filthy, when I went to pick up my car on Monday it was not even washed it was very dirty from outside, and I just complained to the guy who brought my car outside, so an hour later Jeff called and said to me, “what is wrong”, I said to him seriously the guy didn’t tell you, that the car was not washed and the trunk which was supposed to be adjusted was not done, he offered me to bring it back for full detail at no charge, I work 7 days a week and to bring my car back for full day costs me time and money and they never have a loaner available. Several months back I had issues with a Sales agent by the name of Chris, and I’m wondering if he or the manager put some bad notes about me on my profile, is that the reason he was very rude and not providing me the best customer service which Mercedes promises? More
