Had my Mercedes serviced and purchased four tires as well. The tires were not planned and I had to leave the car. John from “service” gave me a loaner car (Mercedes) to drive home (Truro). My service advisor Leo was pleasant and extremely helpful but one of the reasons I brought my wife’s car in was to fix the navigation system.
