Service Department communications horrendously poor! People nice and helpful but I've had trouble communicating. Call center extra poor. Will go to another place next time. This is the second recall for my car. On the first I had to explain what a recall meant. and then the call center got it wrong and when I showed up, the service people in Hanover thought it was for something else. I had an emergency warning about TWO rear tires losing air on my AMG GLE 63 (2024). I went first to 2 service stations and then to a tire store . Due to width of tires they refused to help. I had not been a customer.What a dealership! John lead guy assigned the problem to Chris who wrote it up. They along with everyone else involved were hardworking ,polite and knowledgeable. The entire dealership was very busy yet efficient with happy employees. That fixed the tires and I was on my way to Cape Cod.. More
