The service team has been outstanding handling the issues with my vehicle especially their team member Ryan. He was very initiative when it came to making sure all needs were met and accommodating to my hect with my vehicle especially their team member Ryan. He was very initiative when it came to making sure all needs were met and accommodating to my hectic schedule as a traveling healthcare professional in dental. The team was very respectful of my time when it came to my availability which, was hardly any since, half the time I would be performing long hours of surgery on patients. Unfortunately, I can’t same the same for the Boston location which is a 15min drive from home compared to the 45min drive to Hanover. I was very very optimistic in the beginning due to the distasteful treatment I received from the other location but I for sure will take that ride any day to Hanover if it means I get a better experience!!
