Had a 9:15 a. m. appt. for 20K service, called first time four hours later for an update waited for a call back from service advisor, nothing, called back one hour m. appt. for 20K service, called first time four hours later for an update waited for a call back from service advisor, nothing, called back one hour later, still no response, Went up to dealer to find out what the heck is going on - less than pleased with the service advisor and how he finally responded to me! I have always experienced excellent service, very prompt with the service, and received a call back if the advisor could not take my call right away in a very timely manner, don’t know what’s up with this dealership (service department) but there is a definite change! More
Everyone is attentive to questions. Also very knowledgeable. I would not take my car anywhere else. My car looked great when it was finished. I’ve been to at least 5 Mercedes dealers over 20 years to buy and service cars. Hanover is the by far the worst I’ve encountered. I am actively looking for another car, but after Hanover’s shoddy repair an buy and service cars. Hanover is the by far the worst I’ve encountered. I am actively looking for another car, but after Hanover’s shoddy repair and poor customer service, I won’t be buying another Mercedes. I had my car towed to the dealer after the power steering stopped working while I was driving on a highway at night. I spent $1200 for a repair that was turned around quickly but did not fix the issue. After a drive to another state 3 days after Hanover’s repair, I was forced to take my car to a local European car repair who charged me an additional $1000 to resolve the power steering issue. Jennifer Romboldi in Customer Service was useless and sounded like all she did was deal with unhappy customers all day. I never received the promised return call from the service manager despite multiple phone calls. Avoid this place like the plague. More
