My service advisor Sean was Great! Very welcoming at the door and showed me how to use the menu screen as I was explaining some of the problems I was having. Mixed review. This is my first new MB. On the positive side quality of service was good, and it was done on schedule. On the negative side cost was excessive. This is my first new MB. On the positive side quality of service was good, and it was done on schedule. On the negative side cost was excessive. Basic 20,000 mile service (oil and filter change, brake fluid change, cabin air filter change) cost more than $600. They charged more than $60 for an oil filter and more than $50 for wiper blades. As a former certified mechanic who previously owned 2 preowned MBs, I know the costs for these parts in a retail outlet or online are a fraction of what they charged. Perhaps costs at other MB dealers would be similar. But, if you plan to have your car serviced at Hanover be prepared to pay excessive fees. More
