Bought a 2017 Cadillac Escalade Platinum from Brian Vaz and was sold a extended warranty and tire package… 2 weeks after buying vehicle the right side electric running board stopped working and the air con and was sold a extended warranty and tire package… 2 weeks after buying vehicle the right side electric running board stopped working and the air conditioning was terrible.. dropped it off and a week later they call me and said the a/c was good (3rd attempt to fix it there) and I needed a running board motor for $870 and it was on me even tho I just bought the vehicle and bought 5500$ worth of extended warranty… I said that’s gotta be the craziest thing I’ve heard lately and to wash car and I’ll come get it that night… picked up the car and they dented the right front fender and had it PDR’D that was totally a unacceptable repair … I called Cadillac and within seconds they told me the vehicle had a full CPO warranty bumper to bumper and the warranty follows the VIN and not tbe customer… immediately I contacted dealer finance and demanded my $5500 worth of xtra warranties they sold me and told me I had to buy them because there was no warranty at all on the vehicle… they claimed they didn’t know but every other dealer told me it had CPO WARRANTY within seconds… the leather dash covering air bag is totally wrinkled and after 6 trips to Cadillac dealer in Plymouth for transmission vibrations that still are there… also after the transmission vibration and rumble were mostly bandaided the rims are bent and unable to be balanced… called and was denied any help at all from the dealer.. oh yea BTW all the A/C needed was a $17 cabin air filter replaced by me .. it works like new now .. the GMC dealer next to MB dealer looked at it 3x… that shoulda been the first thing they looked at… over all a score of 1 fits my experience to a T… once the get the $$$ they want nothing to do with you! More

I had to call several times about a clerical error with my registration. I left my job early and drive for 2hours there only to be told that the registration wasn’t ready. Had a 9:15 a. m. appt. for 20K service, called first time four hours later for an update waited for a call back from service advisor, nothing, called back one hour m. appt. for 20K service, called first time four hours later for an update waited for a call back from service advisor, nothing, called back one hour later, still no response, Went up to dealer to find out what the heck is going on - less than pleased with the service advisor and how he finally responded to me! I have always experienced excellent service, very prompt with the service, and received a call back if the advisor could not take my call right away in a very timely manner, don’t know what’s up with this dealership (service department) but there is a definite change! More
Everyone is attentive to questions. Also very knowledgeable. I would not take my car anywhere else. My car looked great when it was finished.
