When I requested cancellation the next morning, Charles and managers Matt Orchard and Albert Rivera were most kind and accepting and reassured me that the entire transaction was void. Very professional. Highly recommended if you plan to consider purchasing a Mercedes. I have owned Mercedes in the past; that dealership out west had terrible issues. How refreshing. Every-time I come to this dealership for service it’s an issue. It all started right after I got my brand new car (2021 GLE 450) and the tail lights started collecting water as if a seal was broken. I book issue. It all started right after I got my brand new car (2021 GLE 450) and the tail lights started collecting water as if a seal was broken. I book an appointment online with a loaner car then drive 45 minutes to the dealership where they don’t tell me until after taking my car that they don’t have a loaner and can give me an Uber voucher which is completely unacceptable since I was 6 months pregnant and had a 1 year old. After a back and forth and rescheduling I tried again and this time they delivered me a loaner and took my car. The next time I needed service I again encountered a loaner issue even though I booked with a loaner online yet again. Today I went for an oil changed. I booked an appointment for 11:45 and drive the 45 min to dealership they take my car and then tell me the wait is 2 hours. Who has time to wait 2 hours in a waiting room for an oil change?! So I said can I have a loaner car and they told me no. This dealership customer service is so unacceptable and unprofessional especially for a high end dealership. I’ve owned many high end cars and have never had this problem before! They either need to get more loaners or communicate better with their customers! After telling them I didn’t want to wait I tried to buy the filter and take it somewhere else then I was told they will rush it but then wouldn’t wash it. Also ridiculous but whatever. Magically my car was done in 45 min but wasn’t washed or vacuumed because that takes an hour and 15min? Give me a break! I can’t wait for my lease to be done and never get another Mercedes again! The experience was extremely awful. 1. Failure of time commitment: I was told the maintenance would be done in couple hours. However, it took more than two days, until I pushed it ver 1. However, it took more than two days, until I pushed it very hard by calling dealer multiple time claiming that we have a family trip plan that needs to use the car. 2. Lack of communication: I was told I can contacted with the manager through a text message line. But during this long period wait, I never got the reply from him. I tried to call dealer to speak with him, but I can never get connected with him. Only the agents answered my phone but they cannot give me a clear answer of when it will be done or how the process going. 3. The process of handoff is not professional: when I arrived front desk to grab my car back, I was told to find my car in the parking lot by myself. I spent a long while to walk in parking lot and finally found my car. Later, there is nobody to explain to me how my requests have been addressed. The front desk asked me to read through the items on my receipt/report by myself. Even though I can read English, it doesn’t mean I can understand your engineering reports with a lot of abbreviations. This is really my first time to encounter such situation that nobody actively went though the items after maintenance. More
