Terrible customer service. I brought my car in because the sunroof was broken on 7-18-23. On 7-21-23 received a call from service technician stating I have good news and bad ne I brought my car in because the sunroof was broken on 7-18-23. On 7-21-23 received a call from service technician stating I have good news and bad news. The good news your sunroof is almost done the bad news your windshield is broken . I said what are you talking about my windshield is fine he said it’s broken we thought you were going through your insurance company to have it replaced. I said no my windshield is fine Look at all the pictures you took of my car when I brought it in He said I have to call you back. He never did I called on 7-22-23 spoke with service manager Shaun who was rude and condescending and didn’t believe me that my windshield was fine when I brought it in. He said I have to go look at the pictures from the day you brought it in and call you back. He called back hours later and said you are right your windshield was fine when you brought it in We must have broke it putting the roof in. We will have to replace it. Ok he said he would call me back after he talked to the person that worked on my car to find out what happened. He never called back. I called several times left messages never a return call. Call dealership again was told Shaun does not work there anymore. I spoke with Dan service manager I asked him to send me a picture of my car /broken windshield he said he would email it to me never did said he would get back to me when the windshield would be installed never did. I finally got my car back on 8-1-23 and my car was dirty inside and out I said you have had my car since 7-18 and this is the condition my car is in you didn’t wash it the inside was a mess from installing roof didn’t clean it. Terrible Dan said well we couldn’t wash it because the windshield was just installed yesterday. What a joke ! The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this dealership for anything. They tried to lie about my windshield and scam me. More
Had my annual service appointment and full car detail. They also took care of my annual inspection sticker. My only issue is that the detail took longer than expected and I was unaware of the delay until They also took care of my annual inspection sticker. Pre pandemic there was an array of Panera pastries for customers to enjoy. During the pandemic, Mercedes offered wrapped power bars and peanuts. Now that the pandemic is over, the Panera pastries have not customers to enjoy. During the pandemic, Mercedes offered wrapped power bars and peanuts. Now that the pandemic is over, the Panera pastries have not reappeared.?With a $900 service bill,Mercedes could offer a muffin to their customers. More
