The experience was extremely awful. 1. Failure of time commitment: I was told the maintenance would be done in couple hours. However, it took more than two days, until I pushed it ver 1. Failure of time commitment: I was told the maintenance would be done in couple hours. However, it took more than two days, until I pushed it very hard by calling dealer multiple time claiming that we have a family trip plan that needs to use the car. 2. Lack of communication: I was told I can contacted with the manager through a text message line. But during this long period wait, I never got the reply from him. I tried to call dealer to speak with him, but I can never get connected with him. Only the agents answered my phone but they cannot give me a clear answer of when it will be done or how the process going. 3. The process of handoff is not professional: when I arrived front desk to grab my car back, I was told to find my car in the parking lot by myself. I spent a long while to walk in parking lot and finally found my car. Later, there is nobody to explain to me how my requests have been addressed. The front desk asked me to read through the items on my receipt/report by myself. Even though I can read English, it doesn’t mean I can understand your engineering reports with a lot of abbreviations. This is really my first time to encounter such situation that nobody actively went though the items after maintenance. More

The MB Hanover dealership service department is knowledgeable and caring. Kaitlyn Forry is remarkable in her way of dealing with customers and their vehicles. She is aware of the customers concerns knowledgeable and caring. Kaitlyn Forry is remarkable in her way of dealing with customers and their vehicles. She is aware of the customers concerns and is often seen on the maintenance floor getting updates and securing answers for her customers. In my opinion she is a valuable person to the dealership in her “frontline” position with dealing with customers. More
