One of the worst managed dealership I have ever dealt with. Service is understaffed and the lack of communication is appalling. They never have loaners and had to rent a car for 8 days out of my pocket. with. Service is understaffed and the lack of communication is appalling. I was very satisfied with the dealership and the finance department when I bought the car Last December. This past week was the first time that I used the service department and I was very unhappy!!! My department when I bought the car Last December. This past week was the first time that I used the service department and I was very unhappy!!! My car went in for a recall and an oil and filter change. Alfred did call to ask to do the B service and my husband okayed the work. I called to make sure all the work was being done and when did they think it would be ready! I got a text and a call that the car was ready at 5:00. When I asked about the recall work I was told it was not done!!! They said that there was too much gas in the tank!!! Why didn’t service tell me I was to only have 20 percent of my tank filled to fo the work! I was very upset! Alfred said well you will just have to bring it back! Well I live on the cape and I have them pick it up. For this appointment I had to wait 4 weeks! Alfred really thought it was no big deal. I then tried to get in touch with the Manager Ryan. I called twice the next day and he never returned my call! Service said that he was too busy!!! Too busy to talk to a customer!!! I do have another appointment on December 20 but tte woman in service was not sure the part would be in. I said what about the part you we’re supposed to put on today! No response. Our original sales person left the day after we bought the car the salesman I listed was Chris and he was very nice even though he probably made no commission! More
