I️ have a 2019 A220. I️ brought it in on October 17th, 2023 for a maintenance check + needed to fix an oil leakage that was causing the car to smell burnt & wanted to che I️ brought it in on October 17th, 2023 for a maintenance check + needed to fix an oil leakage that was causing the car to smell burnt & wanted to check my breaks since the car was shaking when breaking. They did an inspection of the car and told me everything that was needed for the car to run smooth with no issues. I️ paid almost $3000 thinking ok it’s fine since I️ want my car to be perfect. I️ got the car back on October 24th with the same issues!!! Still shaking still smelling the burning oil. I contacted the service advisor and she told me I️ did not specify that the car was shaking when breaking but I️ did plus I️ put it in the notes when I️ made the appointment to bring in the car. And for the burning smell she said it would resolve with time since it may still have some residue. I️ waited it out for a month and a half it was still having the same issue. Fast forward to December 18th I️ made another appointment since i was experiencing the same issues. Brought in the car and thank god I️ got a loaner vehicle because they took 3weeks to even respond to my phone calls about getting an update on the car. Turns out the car was just sitting in the garage collecting dust with nothing being done to it. On January 11th I️ called and called no one answered me. Decided to call the front desk and demand someone speak to me, thankfully someone called me back. I️ was told the leakage was not fixed and they wanted me to pay another $1400 to fix it and the breaks were never fixed when I️ brought it in the last time. It would be another $1600 to change all four of them. Meaning I️ would have to spend another $3000 when I️ had already paid that thinking the car was going to be perfect. I️ do understand that maybe the things that I️ paid for last time was needed for the car but at the end of the day I️ wanted to pay for the things I️ specifically asked for. Meaning I️ believed that those things would resolve the issues it already had. But no my car is the same way the $3000 was money I️ wasted for no reason because it doesn’t feel any different. The service advisor I️ had in October also could’ve explained what they were doing in a much thorough way maybe I️ wouldn’t have made the mistake of believing it would Fix the problem. If I️ could give 0 stars. I️ would. Should’ve never taken my car to this dealership. More
Amazing experience! ! Showed up at 5:30 for a test drive. Car was SPOTLESS inside and out and waiting up front for me. Salesperson was personable and knowledgeable, got a ! Salesperson was personable and knowledgeable, got a good deal on my new vehicle and a fair trade-in on my car. Kyle and Robert stayed until 8:00 (who does that anymore!?!?!?) to finalize the paperwork, and I drove home in my Mercedes!!! Could not be happier!!! More
This dealership was unresponsive and poor service. We dropped off our Maybach for service on Friday and we hadn’t heard from them until we reached out. We were told they were busy and will call back but didn’t hear back from them. No one called back. We then called again and still no word from service. We finally got someone to answer what is going on with our Car and was told we needed to replace a few things. We told them go ahead and do it. We waited a few more days to get a call for pick up of the car but did not get any call. We finally called and they said the car was ready for pick up. We went to pick up the car. When we got there the service team didn’t have everything that was suppose to have been repaired done. They don’t communicate anything and was told some of the parts that were needed are back ordered and they don’t know when they would get them in. I will never go back to this dealership again!! More
Awful! The buying process was great. Sales and finance guys were excellent to deal with. Car had a radiator leak 1 week after I got it, and the experience went straight downhill. They dragged the repair out and wouldn’t cover the rental. It ended up being put thru the extended warranty that I purchased separately. I called the service and sales managers and received no call backs. I finally called the dealership management , and he couldn’t have seen less interested. I’m only glad that I do not have to deal with them for service going forward. With that kind of service, I would suggest anyone buy elsewhere. More
