They diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and mentioned that since it was only produced just one time just clearing the error would most likely be sufficient (for now), but if thrown again then replacing the emission sensor for $500 to $600 could be done. They, also mentioned that it might be worth checking (with Mercedes) as it might be covered under warranty or recall, as it was a faulty emission error. I stopped by Grapevine Mercedes with the error codes, in hand, and they wanted $190 just to diagnose it. I agreed and sure enough they produced the same finding, but wanted $1,100 to correct the false error code and stated it needed to be done. All of that I guess is fine, but the process took them 3.5 hours. Honestly, I didn't feel my Service Adviser did any advising or analysis. My recommendation is to steer clear of their service department once you're car is outside of the warranty; find a good independent shop and save yourself time and $$$. I'm currently starting a search for a new luxury car for my wife, but probably will eliminate Park Place and Mercedes from the equation based on their LACK of SERVICE. Just really disappointed in the experience, but I knew better...here's to hoping. More
Exceptional service. 5 stars. We have used Park Place Motorcars service center since 2017 and have always been satisfied with the exceptional service and care of our family car. We have used Park Place Motorcars service center since 2017 and have always been satisfied with the exceptional service and care of our family car. Everyone from the moment greeted at arrival to our working with our assigned service manager Stanley Ellison....has been a great experience. Having a great courtesy loaner car allows us continued freedom while the car is being serviced. It also allows us an opportunity to drive other models to see what options we may consider in future purchases. We always know the car is getting the best treatment from qualified mechanics who know Mercedes best. Happy customers for life. More
BEWARE! I have driven Mercedes Benz for 30 years. I don't know what happened to the service at this place but it is a zero. I give it NO stars! Check engine l I have driven Mercedes Benz for 30 years. I don't know what happened to the service at this place but it is a zero. I give it NO stars! Check engine light came on my car. It took 3 return visits to get the job done in over a month's time. I would leave messages to check on the status and no one would call me back. They lied saying several messages had been left for me, then said the call would go directly into voice mail which none were left. I was told maybe I had blocked their number. Why would I do that? Do yourself a favor and go to Loeffler's North Richland Hills or better yet do what I did and buy a Tesla. No oil changes, no belts, 8-year warranty! More

Horrible Customer Service Absolute horrible customer service. They would not answer or return phone calls. Be prepared to be left out in the dark on what is going on with your Absolute horrible customer service. They would not answer or return phone calls. Be prepared to be left out in the dark on what is going on with your vehicle. I allowed Park Place to proceed with my insurance claim repairs to replace my convertible soft top that was vandalized. At the time I felt that this was the best option although the cost was approximately 3 times that of an independent body shop and I did not want the car returned with wind noise or water leaks. The work took over 5 weeks to complete after I was told it would take 2 -3 days to order & receive the parts needed. The work order did not state a duration to complete the work but I was lead to believe no more than a couple of weeks. After 3 weeks I finally got hold of my service rep who advised that they had only 1 technician certified to do the repairs to my vehicle. I was advised that the technician was working on several other cars at the same time and could only devote a few hours each day on my repairs. I was asked to be patience. I was finally contacted that my car was ready to be picked up and upon my arrival my service rep advised that there were additional charges for the repairs for me to pay. I asked if my insurance company had been contacted & approved the additional charges since this was the first that I hear of it. My service rep advised that he was unaware of the additional charges & had only seen the final costs that morning. He told me to call my insurance company to see if they would reimburse me. When I told him that this was a very poor way of doing business he told me that "I only work here". I asked to speak to the service manager and received a dumb-founded look like this is how we do business. At about that time I was confronted by the loaner car manager that there was a scratch on the rear bumper and that I was responsible for repairs. I stated that I was not aware of any scratch and that I felt I was not responsible for any repairs. For the 2nd time I was told by the loaner car manager that "I only work here". I asked again to speak to the service manager with no results. My service rep at this time said take the car and go I will speak to my manager & get back to you in a couple of days. After several days past I received a call from the loaner car manager asking how I was going to pay for the repairs. I asked what the repair cost was and he advised that he had no clue. I told him to notify me when he knew what the cost of the repairs would be. He said he would but I never received a call back. After about 6 weeks my insurance notified me that Park Place had filed a claim on my insurance. This was done without my knowledge. Although I wanted to dispute the claim my insurance co. advised that they would go ahead and take care of it. Amazing they could take the time to call my insurance this time but could not do so for the additional repair cost of my car. This is without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever had with an upscale DFW car dealership. I will without question take my car business elsewhere. I would not recommend this dealership to any of my friends or colleagues. To date I have not hear from anyone at the dealership on messages I left. I would caution anyone thinking about purchasing a Mercedes to take their business to someone other than Park Place. More
BAD BAD BAD This place is corrupt. We have 5 Mercedes in our family. There service department is rude obnoxious and lies and is very confrontational. My service This place is corrupt. We have 5 Mercedes in our family. There service department is rude obnoxious and lies and is very confrontational. My service adviser was Martin. Raul is in the body shop. They both lie. I took two Mercedes in to service a GL and a ML. Martin lied about the repairs and threatened to charge me if the rental was not returned by a particular time even if i was late by 15 minutes. I have texts from him proving that he dropped the ball. I spoke to his manger (female) and she basically told me I was wrong even though i have texts from Martin proving otherwise. I took my GL to the body Shop and Raul lied again even though the insurance agent has there conversation recorded. Raul refused to take my car. Geico's representative could not believe it either and after being frustrated and contradicted even though the conversation is recorded asked us to take the care to service king. When Geico and myself told both Martin and Raul that the conversation was recorded they still maintained their lies. More

But when I was hit from behind and took it in for repair...... a completely different experience!! It has now been OVER 2 MONTHS and my car is still held hostage. Thus far, only 3 personal conversations with repair Liason. She blamed the other drivers insurance company...yes, service on both ends less then acceptable. The insurance company took care of their part but Parkplace continues to say one thing and do another. This has been and continues (still don’t have my car) to be a complete nightmare all around!!! I will never use them for service again and definitely re-thinking purchasing my next vehicle there after all of this! More
Negligent staff I have taken my E350 twice now. The first time was for knock sensors to be replaced ($2,000). When I picked up my vehicle I noticed a new door ding I have taken my E350 twice now. The first time was for knock sensors to be replaced ($2,000). When I picked up my vehicle I noticed a new door ding on the passenger side. Not what I'd expect from a service center that charges a premium price for their service. One year later the car is leaking oil and I take it to the dealership to get fixed ($3,000). It took a total of 2 weeks before my car was even ready for me to pick up. When I picked it up sure enough there was more damage to my vehicle. This time it's a huge scrape on the bumper and when I told their service manager all I have gotten are promises. Promised to send me footage of their cameras so we can determine how to move forward. I have yet to receive anything other than a thank you for contacting us. Denette Norlie is the service manager and she is extremely rude and will not give you the unwavering commitment that they like to advertise. I have forwarded e-mails to Robert Hinkle (general manager) and Stephen Rand (service director). Still have not heard from anyone. Take your Mercedes to German Drive in Keller, TX (817) 562-5841. They have a 4.8 star rating out 5 on google! More
NOT very good service knowledge I bought my S350 from another dealer. Took it to Park Place Grapevine a few times. After a scheduled maintenance I noticed a strange residue on the trunk of the car. I took it a couple of times back to have it cleaned and finally spoke to the service manager who couldn't point what the substance was. I was promised a tank of fuel for the inconvenience and never got it. A few months later had to add blue tech additive. When I removed the spare tire there was A LOT OF ADDITIVE SPILLED ON THE TRUNK OF MY CAR. All over the tire, the rug, the cover, etc. I can't understand why a service manager didn't have the knowledge to check when I first noticed. I added the liquid without any spills, without experience or special tools. Didn't take my car there after that. More
