I have always said that mistakes will happen, but the key is how you handle them! Yes, there was an issue but this dealership stepped up to the plate, and made it right. I had sat in the service department for about an hour and didn't even get what I needed done, and yes I had an appointment. I just needed to get a replacement key. The service manager called me personally and kept following up to make sure the situation was rectified. These guys, came to my house, so no more of my time was wasted, and then didn't charge me for the replacement key. I was so upset, at the time, that I had told my husband I wasn't going to buy another Mercedes. Well, this situation changed my mind completely!! Thanks to everyone over there who helped to get me my key! More

I purchased a new Mercedes with a sticker of just under 200k . I scheduled to go in for first service last week. I sat in their driveway waiting in a massive line for 45 minutes and then was told to leave and come back late in day be cause they now no longer had a loaner car. So very frustrated I left and came back and again sat outside waiting in line for quite a long time before they got me. Then they told me first service was almost $500.00. I asked what they did for this and answer was check this this and that and change oil and filter. so it is 500 bucks to change oil and filter after spending 5 hours back and forth, a good chunk just sitting there. I requested the manager call me last Friday and still no call. I had a horrible experience purchasing as well. The salesman there wouldn't allow a test drive unless a sales price agreement was committed to. As a repeat Mercedes client I can honestly say Avondale is not like the previous Mercedes Benz dealership, Park Place, who had tremendous service and treated you with respect when you purchased and serviced there. More
Came in today for safety recall 2021050002 at appointment time and didn't get it back after 3 long waiting hours just for updating the software. Then while driving back home the message "SOS Service Not Act time and didn't get it back after 3 long waiting hours just for updating the software.
