Worked with MB Gilbert to find a car, found a car I was willing to purchase, negotiated and agreed on the price, and had them prepare the documentation to make the purchase. I received funding, communicating with the salesman the full time, and got the check from my bank that afternoon. I then setup an appointment for 1:00 the next day. They confirmed my appt by email that night. The day of my appt (10:00am), they text me and said that they were sorry - they had sold the car the night before. I tried to call and talk to their GM (Mike) and got pushed around to various people that couldn’t offer any information or solution. I believe that this is extremely poor business. Setting an expectation, negotiating and agreeing on a final price, setting up an appt and then selling the car out from under me was a shock and shows their lack of appreciation for agreements and ultimately their customers. I left Mercedes with my $50k and bought a BMW. They have lost my business and any future business. More

I originally wanted to just sit in a GLS to see if I liked it since we were looking at several non Mercedes vehicles. Adam grabbed one with no hesitation knowing we were just out looking. We did see a different GLS that we liked but decided that we would think about it and left. By the time we got to the car we decided that this was the vehicle that we wanted. We came back in & Adam started the process for us to purchase our 2022 GLS 450. This whole time from Adam greeting us at the door to him walking us thru the purchase process was amazing. He never once made us feel pressured or rushed. Once we finalized the financing with Dennis Davis (who was very professional, patient & took the time to explain everything to us), Adam let us know the vehicle would be ready for pickup the next day & even kept us informed by text throughout the day & when we did arrive to pick it up, he came in on his day off! I couldn't be any happier with the purchasing process at Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert & especially with our sales advisor Adam Grant. Please ask for him if you're in the market for a vehicle. His professionalism & helpfulness is as great as it gets! More
Poor service, from start to finish. I started by inquiring online about a vehicle in mid-October. The first salesperson was unresponsive to my questions about my trade value, said he'd call me back. No reply for two or three days. I call him back, and get blown off again. I call the BDC manager Anne, left a V/Mail. No reply. I call back a few days later, and get in touch with Garrett. Garret apologizes(we're over a week into the process), we begin our dialog, and within a few days, we make a deal and I drive to Gilbert from Las Vegas to purchase the vehicle. I asked Chris Gossling, the finance manager, and Garrett, to send my DMV documents to the DMV near my place of business(I'm also in the car business), and I'll handle the titling myself. I also emailed the DMV info to Garrett a week after the sale, to ensue that the car didn't get titled in AZ, but in NV. I never hear back, so today I called the title clerk, Tina. Tina is dismissive, claims that no one sent her the info via email, nor did she look in the file for the note that finance was supposed to place in the deal about calling me. Poor, poor poor performance all around. More
Do yourself a favor Don’t buy a Mercedes. Every time it goes in for service or repairs I get hassled about the warranty. Also be ready to pay at least 3 times the going rates of other shops More
