Best experience ever in buying a car! Went to Mercedes of Gilbert to start our search for a new/used Luxury Suv, About an hour and a half later we had chosen a vehicle, taken a test drive, Went to Mercedes of Gilbert to start our search for a new/used Luxury Suv, About an hour and a half later we had chosen a vehicle, taken a test drive, negotiated our trade in and final price for our GLK 350. Arnold our Salesman was awesome. He answered all our questions, and concerns and gave us a great deal with a minimum of negotiations. No back and forth with the Sales managers just Arnold. After the deal was made it was only a short time before the paperwork was ready to sign. Tara our finance manager was very efficient and answered all our questions.
