Best experience buying a car I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle today. Then I met Arnold Lim. Arnold was low pressure and high energy. He has a wicked sense of humor! I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle today. Then I met Arnold Lim. Arnold was low pressure and high energy. He has a wicked sense of humor! He was very accommodating and it was evident he wanted me to be completely satisfied with my vehicle search. I ended up buying an SL. I would highly recommend Arnold Lim and Gilbert Mercedes. I will definitely return when I'm ready for my next Mercedes. Christian Harding actually made the financing part of the transaction fun! We found common ground - my husband is an former musician - and that made our interactions lively and entertaining. Christian did a great job explaining all our purchase options. We ended up adding on pre-paid maintenance, MB Extended Warranty and the Premium Tire and Wheel protection. In summary, I am very pleased with my experience with Gilbert Mercedes. More
