I wanted a best price out the door. What I got was the standby of “this is our best price, market rate....blah, Blah, blah.” I know the business and know this is a gimmick. Blue book; that is the value standby of “this is our best price, market rate....blah, Blah, blah.” I know the business and know this is a gimmick. Blue book; that is the value of the car. Period. That is what financiers use. But miraculously less than 2 weeks later the magic market rate went down when the car didn’t move. Been through this before and knew it was coming. Just look at the blue book; give me your best price like I asked and see what we can do. Instead I get this xx and a follow up 2 wks later about how the price went down. Well, I may have bought it 2 wks ago if you worked with me. Instead you wanted to play games. Bye. I am working with another company with a very similar vehicle and they are giving a better price and $1600 more for my trade. More
When I walked into the showroom I saw my dream car (even though I wasn't really looking to make a purchase). Craig Rusin assisted me, all the while being professional, personable and knowledgable. It’s been almost two weeks and I’m still waiting on a back ordered battery. My car is still under warranty (2018) and I’m told they have no batteries to replace mine. I can’t drive my car, they have said they can’t give me an estimate on when it will come in or whether or not my car is even drivable. When my husband said we have had better service at Kia, they stopped responding to us. No offers for a dealer car or any options other than waiting until they get around to it. Please go anywhere else. I thought getting a Mercedes would make repairs easier and that I would be treated well. I have had several other cars and all of those dealerships provide better customer service and repairs. Run away from this dealer. Go to chandler or better yet buy a car that doesn’t require weeks of not driving it due to a lack of a battery. More

Day 2 at the dealership. Bought a car yesterday, was so impressed that I brought back a family member to also pick up new Mercedes Benz today. This was a life changing experience for this family member who impressed that I brought back a family member to also pick up new Mercedes Benz today. Mike Tegge, GM and Paul Navarette in Sales once again (day 2 for me) showed true professionalism during this special day. Mike has made us along with Paul feel highly appreciated at the dealership again. More importantly today, the family member who never dreamed of owning a Mercedes was treated like royalty during the process to make getting her new vehicle even more special! If I could give the dealership 0 stars I would. I contacted the dealership on Feb 11th. Trying to buy a 2021 CPO and get it shipped to Miami. Roger Vazquez got assigned to my inquiry. I have receive contacted the dealership on Feb 11th. Trying to buy a 2021 CPO and get it shipped to Miami. Roger Vazquez got assigned to my inquiry. I have received absolutely no information from Roger Vazquez , He would not respond to my emails nor call me back. Feb 12th I emailed Omar Robles complaining about absence of communication from Roger Vazquez and roger was replaced with Garrett Ferraro. Garrett did respond to my messages and phone calls but responses were usually incomplete, incorrect, or the usual used car salesmen response "let me check." Sometimes I would get a response on my third message " We had customers in the dealership, I could not respond. " Good for you. And who am I ? A bother? He finally had time to give me his best and final price for the vehicle that I accepted and asked to start the paperwork. Two days passed and I have not heard from Garrett, I emailed him asking if the deal was off. He responded that the deal was not off, but he was very busy in the dealership and had a lot of customers. Again, who am I? He finally sent me a credit application, then another 24 hours passes an not a sound out of Garrett. I ping him again, and he responds: you did not include a copy of DL and insurance. Did you aske me to include it Garett? Do you expect me to read your mind and constantly remind you to get back to me? Emailed copy of DL and insurance, Garett disappears for another 24 hours. He finally emails me a deposit contract, non refundable deposit contract, that basically states that I have to buy a car of such and such vin and if I dont they keep my deposit. I emailed back to him asking to modify the one sided form to include car price and all the terms of the deal. What is stopping Garrett form charging me a million dollars for the car, i obviously not going to buy, and keep my deposit ? He emails back to me stating that he understood my concerns and will modify the form. Today is Feb 17th, SEVEN days after I contacted the dealership and we are nowhere with the purchase. Garrett finally emailed me the "modified" deposit contract that now states that I have to buy the car for unspecified amount of money or they keep my deposit. Deposit becomes refundable once financing kicks in. Who would sign something like that? Dont contract include terms? Once again, what is stopping Garrett from trying to give me the car for a ridiculously high price and keep the deposit when I refuse? The key to any deal is an ability to walk away from it. This is a business transaction, not a waste of my time. 7 days of my life wasted on reminding Garrett and company to get back to me and sell me the car. Why am I doing it? If they don't want my business I will take it somewhere else. Classical bad sales practice: deception, ignorance, and a complete waste of time. Never again would I deal with these people. More
