Thankful to Darryl for acting as my service agent, however it took service almost two weeks to diagnose the problem with my C500 (the check engine light illuminated) I was concerned because only a few however it took service almost two weeks to diagnose the problem with my C500 (the check engine light illuminated) I was concerned because only a few weeks had passed from having completed my scheduled B service and mutilple repairs that was brought to my attention when I brought my car in for this scheduled maintenance. I was extremely disappointed about this and thousands of dollars later ($6800.00) disappointed that I never experienced performance problems with my car and my vehicle never missed a scheduled service. After almost 15 years of being a Mercedes customer, I have finally concluded this C500 will probably be my last Mercedes. This has nothing to do with Darryl, he was very emphatic. I am glad he was available to see me through this ordeal. More

The service department is a train wreck. Horrible follow up lots of excuses. You should never promise a client a call back the same day and not deliver. Everything about this last experience was very unpleasant. We are seriously contemplating moving on to Lexus. It would be good to send this entire team to Houston to be trained by Teresa at star motorcars. She is a rockstar and understand service and getting back to clients in a timely manner. I never had to follow up with Teresa. More
