Amanda (our service rep), has been absolutely fantastic. Out of all the Mercedes service reps we have had at various Mercedes dealerships in the last 20yrs she has been the best. I had an appointment today but when I got there I was told that the appointment wasn’t supposed to be scheduled which confused me as I had battery issues and didn’t want to drive all the way back to Kill told that the appointment wasn’t supposed to be scheduled which confused me as I had battery issues and didn’t want to drive all the way back to Killeen with the car in such condition but was seen anyway.
