Went in for yearly maintenance and Texas state inspection. We live in a different county which would have cost 7.00 but had to pay 18.50 —— the county rate for the dealer location. Not a luxury experience. Troubles at all parts of my experience. I made an appointment yet it took 30 minutes to get checked in. I was not updated on the progress I had to chase down the service rep for updates. When I was leaving my car was placed in a spot where I could not get out. I had to back up while two employees argued. Avoid this place too much to do with not enough staff. Try other luxury brands. More
