My vehicle was being serviced on a call back. They called me on the phone and told me to take the vehicle there so they could fix some things. My car was running fine. I dropped it off. It ended up taking five days. I asked him for a complementary car wash to make up for the inconvenience yet when I got there, the car was filthy. They did not notify me when my vehicle is ready. I had to show up unexpectedly and hope that it was ready. They kept trying to push services on to me that I repeatedly told him I didn’t want Mercedes a Georgetown sucks. My next vehicle will be an Audi. More
