My vehicle was being serviced on a call back. They called me on the phone and told me to take the vehicle there so they could fix some things. My car was running fine. I dropped it off. It ended up taking five days. I asked him for a complementary car wash to make up for the inconvenience yet when I got there, the car was filthy. They did not notify me when my vehicle is ready.
