You will never admit to the truth or accept responsibility. The unpainted flap was in your parts department from day one. The problem was that your service advisor, Irlanne Pollard, did not have the motivation to follow up and ensure this unpainted part left the parts department and was sent to the body shop to get painted. This took 42 DAYS to get this resolved. The additional charges should not have been charged anyway. You refunded the charges only after I sent you a copy of a voice mail that the service advisor sent me, telling me there would be no additional charges. If I don't shove this voicemail down your throat, you would not have returned the charges to me. So much for your deep commitment to customer satisfaction!!!!! Then you went so far as to tell me not to go back to the dealership because I had complained. This truly represent the brand of Merecedes Benz!!!!!!!
