I was so disappointed when I went to pick up my car ( I had told Jarrod my service rep I would pick up at 8:30 am and paid my $5800 repair bill on line the night before). The car was brought to me FILTHY had told Jarrod my service rep I would pick up at 8:30 am and paid my $5800 repair bill on line the night before). The car was brought to me FILTHY - I waited over 40 minutes AFTER I arrived for pick up ! When I dropped my car off 10 days prior it was spotless ! I think that is horrible customer service and I expect more from this Mercedes dealership. More
