Hi Pace, The uncontrollable act of nature should be working both ways and if we take a loaner and this happens your service center would claim from my insurance and now you are saying it is an act of god/nature which is idiotic and doesn't make sense when we turn the tables. Your service center should be responsible if a customer has given his car and needs to be returned in the form that it's given to you. You store your cars within the service center and throw customers' cars on the road. We don't get money for free.. everyone's hard-earned money is screwed because of you people.
