My sprinter went to the Georgetown shop on October 24, for recall work and a low rpm issue. I called a week later to check on progress since I hadn’t heard anything and was told it was only 4 day process. More

I was told that the service would be at most 2 hours. It was closer to 3 hours. I would have appreciated being told that there would be a delay, and when the car would have actually been ready. More
