I purchased a new vehicle from this location and I’ve took it in for service for a recall issues with the fuel pump. The fuel pump was replaced, but when I picked up the car it kept stalling out and hesi took it in for service for a recall issues with the fuel pump. The fuel pump was replaced, but when I picked up the car it kept stalling out and hesitating to go when I hit the accelerator. It hesitated, so I called and made an appointment for the service department. I took the car back in and I was told there was a part for the fuel pump was not connected properly by the service department. So they said it was connected properly and the car was ready to be picked up. I went in to pick up me vehicle and it stalled out on me three different times so I made another appointment and service department had my car for a little over a week and I got a call saying the fuel pump was replaced because it was faulty and my car was driven 60 miles to make sure it was not going to have any other problems. I went in to pick up my car and I waited for almost an hour for the service department to bring me my car, when they finally drove it around it was filthy and service guy asked me if I wanted it washed, my reply was of course why would you bring me a filthy car when it was clean when I brought it in? He then drive the car around to the car wash I guess but it took over 30 more minutes of my time so I walked over and had to speak with the service department manager to complain about the amount of time I’ve had to wait to pickup my car. I forgot to mention earlier that I called 2 hours prior so they would know that I would be picking it up today. I finally got my car and it had been driven 133 miles total while in the service department’s care! This to me was a little excessive when I don’t even drive my car this much in a weeks time. Plus my gas gage was below a half tank!!!! I’m not sure if they have new people in this department but I have had a horrible month dealing with car issues thati didn’t have before I took it in for the recall! More
