Overall, the experience was fine, professional and straightforward. That said, it didn’t feel like the premium “Mercedes-Benz experience” that one might expect from a luxury brand. After leaving my car there for a few days, it was returned to me without being washed or cleaned, which was a bit disappointing. Small touches like that usually help set luxury dealerships apart, and in this case, it felt more like a standard visit to any local mechanic shop. Nothing major to complain about, but also nothing that truly stood out. Just average. More
