Yes, Hether was a great representative. She was very patient and made sure that the choices that was giving to me regarding my car that I would select the most critical issue that was wrong She was very patient and made sure that the choices that was giving to me regarding my car that I would select the most critical issue that was wrong with my car. Hether was very patient and she made sure that I was taking very good care of as far as the service . The day Hether was off I called to inform the service department that I was bringing the car in the next following day and the gentleman seem to be irritated about it and explained to me that they were low on rental and he needed to know when I was bringing the car back. I explained to the gentleman as I stated before I will be bringing it in tomorrow evening because I had appointments and I felt like I shouldn’t have to have had to explain that to him when I explained it already. Now, yes, I did have the rental for an extended time and that’s because of the holidays and getting confirmation on the service that I needed done. I wasn’t too pleased that I didn’t get my old parts back or was told that I could get them back but that’s OK . Also, there was another service representative at checkout seem to have a issue with me using Sunbit, which is a service that this Company provide and representatives just continue to use the word Sunbit consecutively as if he was trying to get someone’s attention to listen and I should be embarrassed using Sunbit. I use Sunbit all the time with your establishment and I think you all for having such Service to provide the customers because everybody’s not rich or highly class middle class. So I take advantage of all incentives that are available to me and that was one of them and I Appreciate that you do accept such service as Sunbit. As I stated before I use Sunbit all the time when I come there, and I never had anyone use the word Sunbit so many times to make it seem as if I should be ashamed of using it, which I never will be, shame. I thank you for the service on my car and I will continue to use Sunbit. I’m sure Austin Service Department would not mind. Thank you More
