In particular her attention to detail, quick communications, flexibility, and pure honesty. All around, Amanda has been great to work with. In the past, poor service experience has been a primary driver of us switching brands. And I can confidently say that in this case the service we got from Amanda will be key reason that we end up back in a Mercedes when we are ready to trade in our current Mercedes EQS for another vehicle. I had an appointment today but when I got there I was told that the appointment wasn’t supposed to be scheduled which confused me as I had battery issues and didn’t want to drive all the way back to Kill told that the appointment wasn’t supposed to be scheduled which confused me as I had battery issues and didn’t want to drive all the way back to Killeen with the car in such condition but was seen anyway. I bought my car at Georgetown brand new and paid cash out the door. I value where it shop for cars and I value Mercedes of Georgetown. Things changed for the better after meeting Mrs. Lynette.
