Our service rep, Aaron Lee was waiting for us as we arrived at the appointment time, 10 am. He gave me a quick run down on the work to be done. He was very friendly and well spoken. He assured us that the work would be completed by early afternoon. We returned at the appointed time, about 2:15 pm. Aaron said the work was finished and just waiting on finalizing of paperwork.
