2nd time getting vehicle back from service maintenance and have to return because quality control failed to perform proper inspection procedures. Called back and was told just use the radio volume to turn and have to return because quality control failed to perform proper inspection procedures. Called back and was told just use the radio volume to turn vehicle back up warning sound up. Should have been done before releasing the vehicle. It works now. Thanks More

Generally everything went well. I was provided a shuttle to my home and back to the dealership. My wife’s car was in for a B service and during the write up I was told that since I was provided a shuttle to my home and back to the dealership. My wife’s car was in for a B service and during the write up I was told that since I purchased the tires at the dealership, that the tires would be rotated. After picking up the car and bringing it home I noticed that the tires were not rotated. I mentioned this to my service advisor, Richey, via text message but never got a response back. More
