They fixed my car in a timely manner. However I was surprised that the car was in for warranty work it should have been washed, it was not. This is the first time I have taken my GLC 300 for service since I bought it at Georgetown Mercedes Benz last year. Appointment was easy to make. Upon arrival my service person was out with the flu s service since I bought it at Georgetown Mercedes Benz last year. Appointment was easy to make. Upon arrival my service person was out with the flu so Jarrod stepped in for her. He was very professional and took great care of what I needed. Great communication from him and he notified me that there was a recall and they could take care of that today as well. My SUV was ready for pickup within four hours and it had even been washed! Great experience and I will return the next time I need service! More

He took great care explaining the process, the test drive was stress free. He was very knowledgeable on all the instruments/tools/toys that the SL 450 came with. He took extra steps in making sure all my needs were met (garage door settings, a plus). The entire experience was STRESS free, I enjoyed his customer service skills to the max.
