The service experience at this dealership is always the worst. I wish I could give them negative stars now. I've gone to them for service twice, I had really pathetic experience. My first visit was at 5k m worst. I wish I could give them negative stars now. I've gone to them for service twice, I had really pathetic experience. My first visit was at 5k miles due to some engine check light. I scheduled the service along with request for loaner and when I reached, they said they don't have any loaner and I need to reschedule the appointment even though they confirmed loaner availability while reserving the service. I had to go back again after 3 days to drop my car. Another visit was today when I went to pick up my car for 10k miles service. When I dropped off the car, the service advisor told me that the charge would be $287 plus tax. Today, the service advisor was out and another person asked me to pay additional $25 (shop fee) plus tax. I was like, this wasn't something that I was told before. They made me pay it eventually. Their service department needs improvement. I am going to report this to Mercedes as well. Don't recommend them for the service. More
