I recently took my E350 Mercedes for "B" Service. Jay Derkacz was my service advisor and did an excellent job of communicating while I was there on the status of my car. When I paid, he even took it upon himself to find a $50 discount that could be applied to one of the services performed. I was also able to use a "special offer" on Service B that the dealership was offering. I was very pleased with the service and felt that Jay did a great job. Benjamin was my salesman when I purchased my car. He continues to be very helpful when I have had any questions about my car.
