Appointments are made but the wait time is extensive even for minor repairs. You can expect a 4 hr stay for repairs or service. I bought my very lightly used 2018 GLC here, and have done the vast majority of service here. Outstanding service. I have done some work on the vehicle myself, and I have taken it to a non-dealership mec done the vast majority of service here. Outstanding service.
