The experience was not bad, not excellent either. My windshield was cracked, so I called them to see if I can bring my car in for a repair. I called in to check on them and got an appointment for a Tuesday. I had to move it to another day, so I called in to request a reschedule. They said they would check and call me back. They never called me back, so I had to call in to check. The service itself was quick and fine, but the need for constant call back to check in on things was a bit irritating. More
