Overall it was a great experience, everything and everyone was 1st rate. We highly recommend dealing with Benjamin Tait, who heads up Internet Sales. Our experience with the finance department left us with a bad taste for how things wrapped up. Initially our Finance Manager was very complimentary, once it became apparent that we were not interested in the add on packages he asked for the reason. I stated that, IMO they are not beneficial to me. His attitude flipped, the anger was obvious. After the deal was signed off on he did not bother to shake hands. As I stated earlier, this dealership is 1st rate an we plan on buying from It again. More
