Service center review My service representative was good, helpful & courteous. My complaint for why I didn’t give a 5 star is that when I arrived for my 8:30am appt. I had My service representative was good, helpful & courteous. My complaint for why I didn’t give a 5 star is that when I arrived for my 8:30am appt. I had to wait 20 min. to be seen. I’m not sure whose fault that was but I think that is too long to wait when an appt. is made ahead of time. A constructive criticism of the dealership is don’t give out loaner cars that are dirty. The inside was clean but the outside was covered with heavy pollen. More

Life Savers! I purchased a used R350 in June 2017 from a slick dealer in south Florida and had major issues. It was a nightmare until I took to to MB of Gainesvill I purchased a used R350 in June 2017 from a slick dealer in south Florida and had major issues. It was a nightmare until I took to to MB of Gainesville. Linda, my service tech, and Scott, the service manager, were wonderful and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. They did an amazing job! The car is now safe and sound. I was treated with care and honesty. They have been absolutely the best and I am incredibly grateful! More

Not to happy I was not able to make an appointment for one week so I was driving with th engine light one I got the car there and the did the diagnostic and found I was not able to make an appointment for one week so I was driving with th engine light one I got the car there and the did the diagnostic and found the problom the part came from New Jersey they said that weather was holding it up so I said OK but when I called to see if my can was done a women I do not remember her name told me that the wrong part was sent if that was so I would haver though that they would have called me to say there was a delay on working on my car becouse of that but they did not they had my car for 2 week. I was met almost immediately by Dillon Hastie upon driving into service lane. Dillon check the tire, mileage and drove directly to service. Suggested I have a seat get coffee, within half hour or less Dillon gave results but apologized for not having the particular brand in stock. Dillon within same time already prep a loaner car for my use until tire is received. I was very impressed and as always very confident when I take my in for service. Dillon is very knowledgeable, confident and worthy of his tile In the Mercedes Benz industry. I HAVE also recommended Dillon Hastie and Ken Davis to my friends. More
